In this course, you will learn ways of improving your physical and mental well-being, and methods of handling stress in an effective and productive manner.
Course Objective: You will discover methods of preventing and dealing with stress at work and at home.
Target Student: This course is intended to help those who are looking for ways to better manage stress in their lives. However, you do not already need to be suffering from stress to benefit from taking this course.
