Upon approval of the Rules of Engagement and pricing you will receive an e-mail response from our support professional usually within 4 business hours, often in less than 2 business hours (business hours are 9:00A – 5:00P EST).
If your question or issue is not able to be answered via e-mail then we will call you to discuss it over the phone.
If your question or issue is too complex to address via phone or e-mail we will then escalate your incident to a GoToMeeting platform where you can share your desktop with us.
There is no charge for questions or issues that we are not able to resolve upon initial consultation.
